RETURN POLICY:
I will NOT accept GICLEE PRINT returns.
Here is the fine print;
There are NO RETURNS ON GICLEE PRINTS.
If you have an issue, please email me with all the details pertaining to your concern. Please, if possible, include a photo of the item along with any photos showing the specifics of your concern.
After I understand the situation, I will email you with any information I can offer.
If the situation is such...
Your Return Authorization along with information regarding the restocking fee will be emailed to you. Please wait for my email response, prior to returning anything. A Return Authorization email must be obtained by you, prior to sending back anything.
A restocking fee, of up to 20 % of the original cost of the item being returned, will be charged to you, and this restocking fee will be discussed further in my email that I return to you BEFORE you ship back any item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once you have returned your item in the same, or comparable, shipping container and it has been received by me, I will review the item, and email you with my findings. This email will indicate how to proceed.
By the way, I want to thank you for your support. I will continue to try to offer you the best prices, and service, for the items I provide to you.
